The concept sketch (2026-07-26 catch-up, layer exports in
correct_layers/) digitized and warped onto the real parcel extended into the
reclaimed half of the north parking, the boundary following the drawn line (~19,700 m²):
554 m jogging loop with 100 m lap markers, splash+play aligned to the shamal,
community square on the reclaimed strip, majlis canopy on the mosque axis, café inside the
loop's west lobe, pitch beside the WC. Sun position is real for the design day
